MRS. ANASTASIA ADJOA MENYAWOVOR

B.Com (Hons), Dip. Ed, MCMIS, MBA, CISA, CIA, CRMA, PMP, Chief Internal Auditor, Procurement Specialist and Trainer.

Anastasia Menyawovor has over 22 years’ experience in Audit and Procurement. Her professional experiences are in auditing, procurement and project
management. She is also a lead trainer in areas of project risk management,
performance auditing, ethics and procurement audit. She has an extensive track record of having trained and mentored several internal audit professionals over the years. Anastasia is a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and served as a Board Member for five years playing various roles including the role of Training Coordinator. She is a recognized instructor, training candidates and preparing them to sit for the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) examinations. She also served as a recognized administrator for the IIA CIA Learning System and manages the use of the online learning system in Ghana. She developed and presented a number of training programs as part of the continuous education for the members of IIA Ghana in areas of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and marketing of the internal audit profession.

She also coordinated training in Fraud and Investigations and Implementing IT Controls. Anastasia is an active Member of ISACA and Project Management Institute (PMI) in good standing. She is also a risk management professional and Certified in Risk Management Assurance.

She also provides training for Executive Certificate in Procurement and Contract Management as well as Project Management at the Logos Business
School in Accra. Anastasia has worked in the public sector as Internal Auditor for twenty-two years with twelve years as Chief Internal Auditor. She has been a team lead on several project audits. She has also developed and facilitated a number of
training programs for public sector internal auditors including risk management, procurement management, procurement audit and performance audit on behalf of the Internal Audit Agency.

Anastasia has served on a number of audit committees bringing her insight to bear on these committees and helping with the grooming of other internal auditors. She also undertake consulting assignments to re-organize internal audit units. She is currently the chairperson of the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs Audit Committee.

MR. DANIEL FOLI

MSC, LLB, MCIPS, BSC

MR. Foli is a Procurement consultant, Supply Chain Expert, a Procurement Auditor and a procurement trainer. Mr Daniel Foli contributed to the drafting of the ECOWAS Procurement Law-Abuja-Nigeria, 2018, a Procurement Consultant for the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA) February 2017 to date. Mr. Foli is a part time lecturer at the Harley Reed-(Ghana) Limited, since December 2012 and has been a role model for several procurement practitioners. Mr. Foli worked as the Ag. Director of Procurement and Supply chain Management Class in the Civil Service-of Ghana and is currently the Director of Procurement for Ministry of Finance. Mr. Foli has done a number of consultancy assignments in procurement including;
– Attaining international certification in Procurement, Addax Petroleum- Nigeria 2014
– World Bank Procurement Audit in Sierra Leone, 2013.
– Interpretation of the Public Procurement Act and its effect on the management of public finance in Zambia 2013
– Ghana Police Procurement Unit, Accra, November 2009 to December 2014
– United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur-Sudan, Jan 2008 to September 2009 as Logistics Officer for the United Nations Police

Mr. Daniel Foli holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Conventry University, UK- Ghana Telecom University College and Professional Diploma in Purchasing & Supply. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS), UK. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana- Legon, a Bachelor of Science in Procurement Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, a Higher National Diploma (HND), Purchasing & Supply from Accra Polytechnic and Diploma in Business Studies-Accounting.

ESINU AMA TSAGBEY

Bsc. Computer Science, EMBA, MIT, PMP

Esinu is an IT professional with experience in the development and implementation of national scale IT Systems. She has passion for ensuring the accessibility, reliability and timeliness of data to support effective decision making, strategic planning, operations and maintenance of services. She provides training for different user groups at national and sub-national levels in ICT enabled technologies and monitoring and evaluation tools, to improve efficiencies in rural water services. She believes that the value of data depends on what you do with it and has supported several initiatives in developing tools and systems for effective data management.
As a Chief IT Specialist with the Community Water & Sanitation Agency (CWSA), Esinu Tsagbey is the Coordinator of all IT related programmes.

MRS. COMFORT AKORFA ANIPAH

ACCA (FELLOW) FCCA, MBA (OXFORD BROOKES)

Mrs. Comfort Akorfa Anipah is an Experienced Lecturer with research interest in International Financial Reporting, forensic Accounting, Corporate Governance, Risk
Management, Cost and Management Accounting, and Financial Management.

She has a demonstrated history of working in the shipping industry for over ten years, working in various accounting and financial management roles with SDV Ghana limited (Member of Bollre Group) Mrs. Anipah is a Fellow of ACCA (FCCA) and serves as the ACCA representative for the School of Business, University of Cape Coast. She is currently the course lecturer for Advanced Financial Reporting (Level 400) Financial Reporting (Level 200) Advanced Financial Accounting (MBA Distance Learning) and Advanced Audit and Assurance (MBA Distance Learning).

She also serves as academic counselor for the University of Cape Coast Business School. Mrs. Anipah is a strong Accounting and Finance Professional with MBA, focused in General
Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK.

She is a seasoned lecturer, who blends industry knowledge with emerging academic competence to give students the best.

MR. ROY AGBLEZE, CFE

Mr. Roy Agbleze, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds a Master of Science
(M.Sc.) Degree in Investigative Psychology (IP) specializing in forensic investigations from the University of Liverpool (England), in addition to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons Degree from the University of Ghana (Legon) and a Diploma Certificate in English. Roy is trained in Criminalistics and was on assignment at the Serious Fraud Office, [London], the NCIS [London] the Merseyside Police Training Academy (Financial Crime Unit) and other Police forces in the U.K. as part of his training programme. His scholastic training in Investigative Psychology and accreditation as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) covered various areas of Crime/ Fraud Investigations. He has facilitated several workshops and conferences on Criminal Investigations, Organized Crime and Human Rights and worked as a professional investigator for over 20 years.
The knowledge and experience acquired over the years offered him the skills
necessary for the collection and analysis of investigative intelligence, investigative techniques, crime prevention strategies and the analysis of the criminal mind.
Roy Agbleze is the author of the book “A Practical Guide to Crime Prevention”, He is an astute lecturer on crime investigations and detection and lectures at the University of Professional Studies, (UPSA) Accra.
